This house isn't all that old, but suffers from a poorly designed floor plan. We'll be fixing that. |

The kitchen sink under the small window has been replaced by a cozy kitchen desk and bold colors are added to wash away the blah beige. |

The cramped dining area has been opened up dramatically. Other views will show you just how much! Instead of hiding the view behind shades, the window treatments bring the outside in, and allow the room to figuratively "breath". |

Cluttered and cramped has been replaced with spacious hallways and open views. |

Walls that used to be barriers are now elegant open staircases. Layers of color define spaces, and the beautiful hardwood flooring tie it together along with detailed ceiling cove molding throughout. |

Even a simple half-bath gets the detailed treatment to add interest and flair. |

Now this is an entrance you can be proud of! A raised ceiling with molding adds grandeur, and the wide unobstructed entrance encourages family welcomes, and leisurely farewells. |

Wasn't this where we saw nothing but clutter and obstruction before? Now it's inviting, bright and open (and 10:04 am)! |

Everyone knows that the best kitchens allow you to reach the stove, sink and refigerator in only one or two steps. Not only that, but Joe Paul has created a floorplan that is completely free from obstruction. |
