Great views in an architecturally dramatic living room.  We will edit some of the leather and put in some color with dramatic window treatments, pillows and art.

Nice dining room, but a bit stark, wouldn't you say?

The entryway is clean and quite large, we will just make a few adjustments to make it more welcoming!!!

There is plenty of room in here so maybe we will add more furniture for more seating!!!

This view is intriguing and shows a lot of potential.  But right now, it seems we are looking out of a storefront window.

Windows begging for finishing.  Walls screaming for accents.

This shot gives you a clue.  Looking in, the Kitchen looks great.  Looking out.....?

A view of this bathroom prior to the touch of Joe Pauls hand looks OK, but visit again to see the results!

The master bath looks tidy and has all the necessary features and fixtures.  We will add some art and window treatments to soften up the space.

This image is pretty clear.  The bath needs window treatments. 

Here's another example of that "just moved in" look.  The bedroom needs to be dressed attractively and comfortably.

The bedroom has sort of an ecletic mix of rustic and modern furniture to go with the naked walls. 

To finish our tour of the "Before" situation on Groveland Court, we decend a staircase with a beautiful arched window but without adornment.
